Self-assessment questionnaire

Dear respondents, welcome to the self-assessment questionnaire on inclusion, which is designed for newcomers to the Erasmus+ program, experienced applicants and recipients of grants.
This on-line tool helps organizations assess their current state of inclusion, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for these areas. The tool is divided into four parts: 1. Initial State /Resources, 2. Project and Mobility Planning, 3. Project and Mobility Implementation, and 4. Project and Mobility assessment. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive recommendations for each part, depending on the current state of the organization. Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes.

Note: We would like to inform you that the definitions of participants with fewer opportunities may vary between countries. We therefore recommend that you consult your national agency to determine who falls within this definition.

Learners in the Erasmus+ program are individuals who participate in educational activities (pupils, apprentices, students, adult learners).
